Have you ever heard that marketing campaign that asks what you’d do for a Klondike Bar? The premise is that the chocolate-y cool treat is so delicious and irresistible that consumers will happily humiliate and degrade themselves or even potentially put themselves in danger of bodily harm just to get one. Honestly? It’s a great marketing campaign, but not at all treat. We have a sweet tooth and think Klondike Bars are okay and all, but past paying $1.39 for one, we’re not willing to do much more to procure the thing.
Hamburgers on the other hand? That’s an entirely different story. While Klondike Bars are good, there’s only so many ways to have one. You have the chocolate casing and the cool filling. Maybe change a flavor or two, and you’ve officially exhausted the extent of options. But hamburgers? They’re a blank canvas that will never run out of new creations for it.
